Sirens are placed on top of police cruisers so that when they have to speed off to a call, they can activate the sirens to signal that people need to get out of the way. However, that doesn’t always work, and while no one yet knows what led to an auto accident between a police cruiser and a motorist, the sirens were on before both cars wound up submerging into a canal. Tragedy Unfolds as Mother Drowns in SUV

That’s exactly what one Hialeah family had in mind as they headed to a strip mall together to do some shopping.
